Randhir has been a Board member of some of the largest Africa development funds involved in telecommunications, mining, commodities, etc. as well as funds investing into India.

Over the last decade, she has been part of the Business Development team of the AF Power Group of Companies.

Deepa is a dedicated and results-driven person, with a successful background in the accounting field. Experienced over the last 11 years in the Power Sector as CFO for AF-Power, and previously the Mauritian Real Estate sector (Construction) and in establishing and managing a Property Fund. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships.

Ousmane has proven experience as an International Business Relations Consultant for over 20 years. Through his duties as Economic Advisor and Corporate Administrator, he has acquired considerable exposure and expertise in project management, strategy and management which has earned him recognition for his contribution to West Africa. He is a collaborator who certainly contributes to the development of our Group's activities in Central Africa and wherever we have interest and we operate.

Lucile Laloue is a passionate energy and low-carbon analyst who has conducted various types of research and worked as an Energy Consultant for the United Nations ESCAP Energy Division and the Stockholm Environmental Institute across the Asia-Pacific continent in the areas of decarbonisation and energy transition, Lucile joined CarbonCap to contribute towards the company’s carbon reduction projects and nature based solutions on the African continent.

Youssou Ndour is Senegal's most famous musician and a very passionate climate conservationist , at the 2021 One Planet Summit in Paris, Youssou Ndour and Christophe Maé in a video clip entitled "L'ours" invited world leaders to become aware of the climate emergency. It was the song "L'ours" that kicked off the One Planet Summit. He has also been involved in the fight against malaria, notably through the "Africa Live" project and is a member of the Board of Directors of Malaria No More and an ambassador for both UNICEF and the Roll Back Malaria partnership, amongst various other social Initiatives across Africa.

Jean-Marc is a former Senior Partner with McKinsey & Co based in Asia since 1993, first in Hong Kong then Singapore from 2001 onwards.He has extensive experience advising leading Asian family businesses, entrepreneurs, PE investors, financial institutions and corporations across Asia on a wide range of business issues with focus on corporate strategy, M&A and investments.He also held multiple senior leadership roles at McKinsey & Co: Partner, Asia Financial Institutions Practice (1996-1997) Managing Partner, Asia Corporate Finance/M&A Practice (1998-2002) Managing Partner, South East Asia/ASEAN Region (2002-2006) Managing Partner, Asia Private Equity & Investors Practice (2007-2011) Joint Global Managing Partner, Family Business Practice (2013-2015) Following his retirement from McKinsey & Co, Jean-Marc became Chairman Asia for Burgess, and advises several privately held companies on their development.

Till is an experienced consultant, Non-Executive Director and Senior Adviser of major public and private companies in Europe, North America and Asia. He has 30 years of experience with leading consulting firm Bain & Company including 25 years helping to build up Bain’s Asia practice. He also is a Non-Executive Director, Lead Independent Director, and chair of various board committees of both public and private companies. Born and partly grown up in Africa, he has a deep knowledge of working in emerging markets around the world . He has extensive experience in strategy, sustainability, and cross-border M&A with both public and private enterprises. He is also a keen start-up investor with investments in various sustainability businesses.

As a Senior Adviser at Carbon Capture, he intends to use his extensive background and notable achievements to contribute to the expansion of the Company. Till is a respected professional in the field and holds an MA in Economics, University of Bonn, Germany and an MBA, Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. He is also a graduate of the INSEAD International Directors Programme.

Muhammad B. M. Kassim joined AF Power in 2019 as a Business Development Manager, Renewables. Muhammad has past experience working in a Solar Power Company in Project Management and Project Finance. He has also worked for a multinational corporation, Government Science Research Agency and SMEs.
